每个套餐都有可转换视频或音频的分钟数限制。只要文件的总长度不超过您所购买的转换分钟数限制，您就可以任意分割文件。 例如，如果您购买了 10 分钟的套餐，您可以免费转换 3 分钟的歌曲或 2 首 5 分钟的歌曲。 如果歌曲稍长于一分钟，则会四舍五入为最接近的整数。例如，1 分 28 秒的歌曲将四舍五入为 1 分钟。

只需通过浏览器上传整个视频即可。我们的服务可处理高达 10GB 的文件，并支持大多数视频类型，如 ogg, mov, mp4, avi。转换完成后，您就可以下载去掉语音的音频，反之亦然，去掉乐器的音频。

Full file conversions are stored until your subscription is active or customer decides to delete the files. Sample files are stored for 3 days. For a top up and one time users files are stored for 30 days. To prevent a data loss please download the files before this period or they will be deleted without a recovery.

You can cancel your subscription or trial at any time through our self-service customer portal. Simply log into your account, navigate to the billing or subscription settings, and access the customer portal where you can manage your subscription, cancel, or update your payment details.
