How Are Conversion Minutes Calculated?
Each package comes with a limit on how many minutes of video or audio you can convert. You can split as many files as you want as long as their total combined length does not exceed the minute limit of your conversion minutes purchased. For example, if you bought a package of 10 minutes, you can convert free songs of 3 minutes or 2 songs of 5 minutes. If song is a bit longer than a minute, it's rounded to the closest whole number. For example, song of 1 minute and 28 seconds will be rounded to 1 conversion minute.
How To Remove Voice From A Video?
Just upload an entire video through the browser. Our service can handle files up to 10GB and we support most the video types such as ogg, mov, mp4, avi. Once conversion is complete you will be able to download an audio with voice removed and vice versa, instrumentals removed.
How Long My Files Are Stored?
Full file conversions are stored until your subscription is active or customer decides to delete the files. Sample files are stored for 3 days. For a top up and one time users files are stored for 30 days. To prevent a data loss please download the files before this period or they will be deleted without a recovery.
How And When Can I Cancel My Subscription?
You can cancel your subscription or trial at any time through our self-service customer portal. Simply log into your account, navigate to the billing or subscription settings, and access the customer portal where you can manage your subscription, cancel, or update your payment details. If you have any issues accessing the portal or need assistance, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
What About Audio Quality?
Files are processed in the same format as they are uploaded so that result would be in the highest quality possible. Of course no algorithm is perfect, but we will try our best to meet highest standards.
I can still hear vocals in my song. Is there anything I can do?
Our algorithm works differently on every song. On some songs vocals are completely removed and on others them are still there. Unfortunately we don't have any tools to improve the quality. Because of this, we made our service free for converting 30 seconds of any song. Please make sure song quality is satisfactory before buying a full version.
