How do I use the PNG in my editor?
Import it like any other image and put it on a video track above your footage. Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut and Canva all honour the transparency, so the wave appears over the picture with nothing behind it.
Is the background really transparent?
Yes — the PNG has a genuine alpha channel, not a white or black rectangle. If you open it in a viewer that cannot show transparency it may look black; drop it into your editor and the background disappears.
Can I animate it?
This is a still image of the whole track, not an animation. Editors usually slide or wipe it across the frame in time with the music, or place it as a fixed graphic. For a moving bar you need your editor's own audio visualiser.
Which colour should I choose?
White over dark footage, black over bright footage, and pink, ocean or mint when you want the wave to be part of the look rather than disappear into it.
Can I use WEBP instead of PNG?
Yes. WEBP keeps the transparency and the file is far smaller, which suits the web. Stay on PNG when your editor is old or fussy about formats.
Is it free, and do my files stay private?
Yes, it is free with no signup and no watermark. Your file is processed on our own servers and deleted automatically, and nobody else sees it. The download link is unguessable and is never listed or shared anywhere.
